Founded in 2006, under the dynamic leadership of Mr. Chandra Shekhar Singh, Chairman, LHSS, having more than 20 years of extensive experience in the industry, the company has consistently set the benchmark in specialized security services across Delhi, National Capital Region and other neighboring states of Delhi. The company is also enriched with highly qualified and competent professional like Mr. D.K. Barua, General Manager, LHSS who served Indian Navy for 15 years, possesses exclusive 27 Years of experience in the Security departments in hospitality industry and also retired as Director (Security) in Taj Group of Hotels (IHC). The true strength & great advantage of LHSS team is the support of 1200 extremely qualified and experienced workforce, comprises of Field Officers, Security Supervisors, Gunman, P.S.O., Personal Body guards, Lady Guard, Security Guards, Bouncers, Doorman, Skilled and Unskilled professionals that enabled the company to make a strong foothold in the industry within a very short span of time.

• The candidates are selected under stringent recruitment policy. Minimum 10th is required as academic qualification, also appropriate height, weight and other physical conditions. Police verification is mandatory for all the candidates
• Night and day security checklist and patrolling checklists are generated for the security personnel so that a counter check can be made on daily basis.
• Before taking over the site a detailed survey report is prepared from security point of view and security loopholes, advantages & disadvantages at the site.
• Manpower strength is budgeted as per the security post, the same is suggested and recommended to the authority
• In case of any untoward incident, the agency management conducts investigation.
• Job description duties and responsibilities of each security post are generated so that security person on duty are well informed and perform flawless services.
• SOP is prepared after security survey of the site.
